Personal Outcomes Measures
In April of 2007, Carmona Services underwent a Personal Outcome Measures (POM) Quality Review by The Council of Quality and Leadership (CQL). Upon completing the week’s information gathering, the CQL Review Team recommended that we receive a two-year accreditation.

Catchment Area and Eligibility criteria
Services are available to people who are resident in the region: Little Bray to Ringsend.
Clinical Support
A multi disciplinary team consisting of Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Dietician provide clinical support to service users and their families. The clinical team is attached to all units and services of Carmona Services and the team’s support is available to all age groups of service users. Areas of clinical services include assessment, therapeutic intervention, and consultation to frontline staff, families and the management.

VOICES
VOICES is where lots of people who use Carmona Services come together to get things done and make changes. These people are called VOICES Reps. There is one in your area. Find out who that person is. VOICES meet each month for a meeting. They are part of lots of committees. VOICES meet with the Management team to discuss things that are important to VOICES. Find out more
